What counts as an 'active user'?
An active user is any user with portal access in your organization. We track user activity and only bill for the days each user is active, so you're never paying for unused accounts.
How does the 20 free users allowance work?
Your first 20 active users are completely free, every month. You only start paying when you exceed this limit. For example, if you have 25 active users, you'll only pay for 5 users ($5 per month).
Do you charge per student?
Yes, all users with portal access count toward your billing, including students. Each active user costs $1 per month after your 20 free user allowance is used.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None at all. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. We believe in earning your business each month with great service and value.
What happens if I add or remove users mid-month?
Our system calculates billing on a daily basis. If users are added or removed during the month, you're only charged for the exact days they were active, prorated to your monthly rate.
